Actor, Model & Singer Sofia Hayat
have save a bird Kite which was attacking by crows at JVLR near Film City, she
call PAWS-Mumbai helpline, where she was guided what to do till rescue team
reach. By putting cloth on it she had rescued and taken it to her home, where
PAWS-Mumbai Rescue Team reached and had given the bird first aid. The bird was effected by Heat Stock and was
in dehydrate condition. We have giving water & multivitamin drops and
the bird’s condition is OK now. For 2-3 days we will keep the bird under
observation and take care by our volunteer’s, later once it’s fit to fly we will
release back into the natural habitat said Sunish Subramanian, Founder of Plant
& Animals Welfare Society - Mumbai.
I was very shocked & surprised to see such a huge bird in
the middle of the busy road and vehicles were going around, if I have not
properly guided how to handle the bird may I not possible to save it said
Sofia.
