Dumper truck no. MH 04 DD 5349 hit Buffalo and run case at Wadala Truck Terminus on Friday, November 11, 2011 at around 1: 40 PM

Plant & Animals Welfare Society - Mumbai lodge a written complaint of hit-and- run case against the owner of Dumper Truck no. MH 04 DD 5349 with Wadala Truck Terminal Police Station, Mumbai. And requested to lodge FIR under Section 279, 304A, 428, 429 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Under Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, and other animal protection laws.

Plant & Animals Welfare Society - Mumbai have received photographs / video of a “Dumper Truck MH 04 DD 5349” which has hit a Buffalo at Wadala Truck Terminus Road near Wadala RTO on Friday, November 11, 2011 at around 1: 40 PM, the spot is clearly seen in the photographs / video attached with this letter as a Evidence of the offence.
