Two (2) Baby Squirrel separated from their mother and observed by a mulund east resident Rujula Vinod Deshmukh in their building steps at Krishna Kamal, she call-up Plant & Animals Welfare Society – Mumbai for help on 6 October 2013, team lead by Sunish Subramanian Kunju reached the spot and rescued both the baby squirrel, the baby were very thirsty and hungry. When they found, they were just a week old and depend on mother’s milk, PAWS-Mumbai team started taking care like their mother, feeding milk regularly after an hour’s gap.  Great to see both are very playful, they fight with each other and they both love to sleep together. Now they become 15 days old, as we kept in a basket most of the time we keep it open so that they can train themselves to jump and run, one of them have successfully run away and climb the tree but other now too under care and it will be release soon said Nisha Kunju, Administrator of PAWS-Mumbai.
